With the help of our donors, AHR Ministries currently sponsors regular feeding programs at Brook's Point, Palawan, Philippines and at Bucal, Cavite, Philippines.  The programs provides hot meals three times a week for approximately 3,000 children of poor and disadvantaged families in the community.  Above are some photos of the feeding programs.

 

On average, Filipino families have 8 to 12 children making it difficult for poor families to provide enough food for all their children.  There many children who often go to school hungry because there is nothing to eat at home.  We have found that the children who are fed through our feeding program have become better behaved and have gotten better grades in school.  Part of our future plans is to help more children in different provinces and rural areas of the Philippines through more feeding programs.
